Getting Started Checklist

You will report to your supervisor on your first day. After settling in, be sure to visit with Myra Cooper in order to complete all of your new hire forms and documents. Myra will also review your benefits and payroll information with you.

If you will be parking a car on campus, plan to visit Stanley Jacobson, head of Campus Security, to obtain your parking pass.

Your supervisor should have scheduled a campus tour for you. Be sure to attend your tour at the time arranged for you by your supervisor.

If you need keys to any buildings, your supervisor must contact Stanley Jacobson. Stanley will have them made and the maintenance department will contact you when they are available to be picked up.

Finally, be sure to visit Campus Life in order to obtain your employee ID card. This card can be used as a form of payment for campus food services and depending on your position, can also be programmed to allow access to certain buildings.

Use the Getting Started Checklist to ensure you get off to a great start here at Brevard College.
