For maintenance requests, BC uses a service called "SchoolDude." Students can submit their own Maintenance Requests through this service.

How to Submit a Maintenance Request (aka "Work Order")
The first time you access the site, you must:
- Step 1 - setup your account, and
- Step 2 - customize your account settings (such as notification preferences for updates about your maintenance requests).
Thereafter, you will simply:
- Step 1 - Login, and
- Step 2 - Submit your Maintenance Request.
When submitting your request, SchoolDude will ask you for a special submission password. This password, which is different than your personal login password, is: Tornados!
