Here are some tools you can look into that may help:
- Digital Signage
- Reach out to email@example.com if you want to publish something on the digital signage located across campus. Signage must be approved and this must happed at least one week prior to the requested display dates. Signage can be scheduled up to 6 months in advance upon request.
- Public Calendars
- Add your event to a public Calendar. Once it is added to the correct calendar, it will show up on BC Radar (Brevard College's official mobile app), the digital signage, and MyBrevard. It will also be published in the weekly newsletter sent to students, faculty, and staff. Contact your division assistant or department head to find out who your calendar representative is.
- BC Radar Notification
- MyBrevard Announcements
- Contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to add a targeted announcement to MyBrevard.
- Targeted Email Lists
- Work with IT to create a custom report, then import email addresses into your contacts to create a targeted email list.
