Description
This financial accounting course presents accounting principles and applications to various businesses. Students learn the principles of the accounting cycle, financial reporting, accounting for merchandise, inventories, receivables, assets, liabilities, payroll, and partnerships. Generally accepted accounting principles and accounting information systems are also covered. Prerequisite: class standing of Sophomore or higher.
