Description
In this course, prospective art teachers acquire strategies, techniques, methods, and attitudes for instructing art K-12. Topics addressed include curriculum and materials, assessment, community involvement, and special populations issues. Students also receive an overview of the principles of
visual art such as aesthetic qualities, structural forms, and the current and historical role of art in society.
