Description
This course covers the principles of microbiology and the effects microbes have on humans, the environment, and other organisms. Topics will include the structure and function of microorganisms, genetics and evolution, pathogenicity and infectious disease as well as other practical applications.
Offered every fall semester. Two hours of lecture and three hours of lab. Prerequisites: BIO 120 and CHE 183.
