Description

This course examines communication across cultural, national, and social boundaries. Students explore how culture influences perception, language, identity, values, and interaction, with emphasis on global communication, power, and difference. The course prepares students to engage respectfully and effectively in diverse cultural contexts through critical analysis, reflection, and applied communication practices. Meets General Education Category III.D (pre-2025), Global Awareness (2025+).
