Description
This course will provide an introduction to statistics and relate these concepts to applications within the field of biology. Descriptive statistics, probability distributions, regression and correlation will all be explored and illustrated with examples in a biological context. Three hours of lecture each week. Fulfills 3 credits of LINC Requirement. Meets General Education Area II.A.
Note: Students may not receive credit for both MAT 141 Probabilty and Statistics and this course.
