Description
This course is principally for students interested in pursuing a law degree or a career in a law-related field, but it also offers opportunities for students on multiple vocational paths to hone their skills in critical and analytic reading, writing, reasoning, and speaking. Students will learn how to do legal research and legal writing, and be able to brief case law. Special attention will be paid to mastering the principles and practices of symbolic logic as found in entrance exams such as the Law School Admissions Test (LSAT), as well as developing skills necessary to succeed in a legal or other professional career.
