Description
This introductory course presents leadership theories and concepts through presentation of objective material, group activities, and experiential exercises. It provides students the opportunity to apply these theories through case analysis and to enhance personal skill development through self-assessment
exercises. Included in the course are analysis of current leaders; leadership philosophy, styles, traits, and strengths; and contemporary perspectives on ethics, organizational culture, organizational vision, and conflict management. Prerequisite: ORG 110.
