Description
This course covers the principles and practices of the Corporate Finance function and its importanc to overall organizational success. Emphasis will be placed on financial statement analysis, cash flow analysis, capital budgeting, and capital structure. Students will also learn how to use spreadsheet tech-
nology to perform financial calculations. Prerequisite: ACC 201 and MAT 141.
