Description

This course is designed to help beginning students to improve or maintain levels of health related fitness Students will gain knowledge of the benefits and elements of health related fitness, participate in various fitness activities, and learn how to design a sound training program that safely and effectively
increases individual fitness levels to achieve an overarching goal. Meets General Education Distribution Area V.
