Description
This physical education course is an introduction to weight training. The goal is to learn basics of weight training (proper lifting techniques, different systems and methods of weight training) as well as the importance of safety techniques. This is a basic weight training course and is structured around
fundamentals involved in order to safely improve muscular strength and endurance. Meets General Education Distribution Area V.
