Description
This class is designed to teach advanced lifting techniques to experienced weightlifters. It focuses on safety, program design and proper techniques for multiple exercises encompassing the total body. Students will learn muscle groups and specific lifts to train each. Also concepts of periodization and
basic physiology of resistance training will be covered. Meets General Education Distribution Area V.
