Description

Yoga for Stress Relief introduces students to basic yoga postures and practices. that may be helpful in managing the daily stressors of being human. The class will focus on practices such as: restorative yoga, yin yoga, gentle yoga, body scans, focused attention practices, and introductory seated meditations. This class meets General Education Distribution Area V.
