Description
This course allows students to experience a full body workout in this group based setting while using the strength training focus of Jazzercise to improve levels of fitness through strength and muscle endurance training. The class will rotate through formats that will target abs, glutes, and arms. With a mix of
sculpt and power sculpt (interval strength training) each routine will be customized to each student’s ability providing high and low impact options. Meets General Education Distribution Area V.
