Description
This course prepares students to search, apply, interview and prepare for a professional internship in the wilderness leadership and experiential education field. Subjects covered include:establishing internship goals; developing a professional resume; networking; job search and interview skills; and professionalism. In addition to coursework students will be provided practical work experience, professional development, job shadowing, or other approved experiences aligned with the student’s professional goals. Recommend students take this course before Immersion Semester. Prerequisite: WLE 220; WLEE majors only.
