Description

This course will explore the political, social, economic and environmental aspects of contemporary agriculture and food systems. This interdisciplinary look at food in a global context will offer students a comprehensive understanding of the complexity that surrounds our food supply. We will study the actions of stakeholders who participate in and are affected by agrifood networks and examine approaches for addressing the issues that exist.
