Description
This course extends the initial concepts through modal scales, extended harmonic progressions, chordal inversions, melodic singing with intervals up to a sixth, reading of melodies in all four clefs, transposition, two-part sing-play exercises, and compound rhythms. Prerequisite: MUS 103, or placement.
Corequisite: MUS 104. Offered every fall semester.
