Description

This course examines the philosophy, theory and practical applications of experiential education. The course explores how purposeful direct experience and focused reflection can be used to increase knowledge, develop skills, clarify values, and enhance the ability of individuals to make meaningful contributions to their communities. Designed for educators, coaches and facilitators to understand how to facilitate, process and debrief experiences that nurture personal growth and change, social-emotional learning, and group development and dynamics.
