An introduction to the principles and methods of symbolic logic, PHI 105 provides a formal exploration of both categorical and propositional arguments as well as an overview of informal fallacies which interfere with clear and effective argumentation. Students refine skills of precise expression and careful
analysis. Meets General Education Distribution Area I.C.
