Description
course develops students’ ability to conduct research that informs communication decisions. Students will examine qualitative and quantitative research methods, including survey design, interviews, focus groups, content analysis, and digital analytics. By gathering reliable data, interpreting findings, and translating insights into strategic recommendations - students will design research instruments, collect and analyze real data, and present results to stakeholders. This course prepares communication professionals to use evidence-based reasoning in decision-making and campaign planning.
