Description
This course explores the basic mechanics of ballet and modern dance styles. It will focus on improving body awareness, cultivating natural rhythmic awareness, and exploring movement through these specific styles. The class will explore integrated movement patterns and internal connections. Above all, the course will celebrate using dance as a form of self-expression, health and wellness. Meets General Education Distribution Area V.
