Description
A comprehensive overview of flatwater and whitewater canoeing and/or kayaking instruction. Activity-specific technical skill development, equipment management, hazard recognition, swiftwater rescue skills, and instructional/facilitation strategies are addressed. Two weekend day trips are required. Offered every other fall semester. Prerequisite: WLE 350.
