Employees working more than 20 hours per week are eligible to enroll at any time. Brevard College has a 3% match. To be eligible for matching dollars, you must have completed two (2) years of service with the College or another qualifying institution. If you've been enrolled in a 403(b) prior and worked at a qualifying institution, please email the name of the qualifying institution to At that point, Kelly Kearnan will conduct an employment verification with the prior institution(s).
