Employees working more than 20 hours per week are eligible to enroll at any time. Starting in August 2024, Brevard College has a 4% match. To be eligible for matching dollars, you must have completed two (2) years of service with the College or another qualifying institution. If you've been enrolled in a 403(b) prior and worked at a qualifying institution, please email the name of the qualifying institution to hr@brevard.edu. At that point, the Director of Human Resources will conduct an employment verification with the prior institution(s).
To contribute to the retirement plan, follow the steps below:
- Review the Retirement Plan Summary Plan Description
- Enroll via TIAA.org/enroll (Retirement Enrollment and Link Information)
- TIAA Access Code when prompted: 365129
- Fill out the Salary Reduction Agreement for 403(b) Retirement Plan Form and email the completed form to hr@brevard.edu
