The Office of Communications helps ensure that design work - especially outward-facing materials - meets the brand standards for the College. Some examples include:

Brevard College also shares software with specific campus administrators to assist with brand standards and consistency (image sizes, colors and fonts). Please reach out to your most immediate administrative assistant for help as a first step. If you have a special project that will need significant design assistance, please contact news@brevard.edu.

Business Cards We print our business cards in-house. Unless otherwise specified, a standard order is 80 cards.

Posters We are able to print up to 36” x 48” for posters on our large-format printer, as well as most smaller standard paper sizes.

Event Programs & Stationery We have the technology to print and fold customized programs and cards. Please reach out to news@brevard.edu for size options and design direction or assistance.

Catalog Each year, the Office of Communications works with Academic Affairs and the Registrar to update and produce the official catalog for the upcoming Academic year. A digital version is also available on MyBrevard. Deadline for all edits each year is June 30th.
