The Office of Communications is charged with providing resources and guidelines of branding and style standards for the College. Commitment to consistency in our logo use, specific colors and fonts, and communications formatting helps ensure that the Brevard College identity is understood and recognized both internally and externally. We take great pride in displaying our chosen features and are dedicated to providing the tools for the campus community to do so, as well. Our ultimate goal is for BC branding to be so engrained in all that we do that it is immediately associated with the excellent program we offer our students. 

Need college letterhead? Access via Canva / Google Docs / PDF . Printed letterhead and envelopes are available in the work room of Beam Administration. For custom letterhead, please contact news@brevard.edu to be connected with our vendor.

Tip: Make sure the telephone number at the bottom of letterhead is up-to-date! (0641 AND 0123 are correct phone #'s as of 9/19/2023.)

Name Tags Name tags may be ordered through the Office of Communications. Size is 1.5" x 3" with magnetic backing. Each includes person's name and up to two lines for titles. Cost per item ranges from $8 to $10, depending on the order quantity. 

Email Signatures Here is our suggested formatting:

• Sans Serif font

• “Normal” size

• Font color RGB 153, 153, 153 (top row, third from the left), or RGB 7, 55, 99 for Athletics (bottom row, third from right)

• Insert image with BC text logo (blue version), or Tornados text logo (blue version) for Athletics

• Mission statement in italics, same font and size as above

• Go to: Settings -> See all settings -> Save Changes
